The class of 2012 raised in excess of $19,000 for the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism. Students participated in a 6-mile walk through Topsfield on Friday, October 17th, with their teachers and peer leaders for this great cause. Reilly Finnegan, the class advisor, was thrilled about the day’s event and said “The class really came together and showed the impact they can have when they work collectively for a worthy cause.”
PAC participation in this event was instrumental in making the day a success. Approximately 25 parents set up and manned water stations throughout the route and served lunch to the 450 freshman, peer leaders, and teachers. Additionally, another 50 parents donated desserts, snacks, and drinks for the day. Thanks to all who participated during this worthy event.
